AIOXY Mind · Retmind
The Oxy team
AI employees who know your business — and message you first
They answer from a verified knowledge base and live 1C data. Every morning they send a brief to Telegram, and when a till or the plan goes past its threshold, they message you before you think to ask.
1C Backoffice & WMS · Telegram · AIOXY Finance · Russian, Uzbek, English
Sound familiar?
-
Two people know the answer. One is on holiday.
Solutions live in people’s heads and in chats. When someone leaves, the answers leave with them.
-
The same question, for the hundred-and-first time.
Support answers the same things over and over, and the knowledge base is empty or went stale last spring.
-
The numbers are there. The answer isn’t.
Everything is in 1C, but to see where the plan stands you have to pull three reports.
-
You hear about problems last.
The till has been over its limit since lunch, a store is below plan for the third day — and it shows up at month-end.
Oxy covers all four. No new accounting system — on top of what you already have.
Team
Not a chatbot. A team.
Every Oxy is an employee with its own role, knowledge and access. It knows only what it’s meant to know and sees only what the person it’s talking to can see.
-
Oxy Support
Support. Answers your specialists from the verified knowledge base and drafts replies to customers in their language.
-
Oxy Curator
Librarian. Turns chats into knowledge base articles and keeps duplicates out.
-
Oxy Retail
Stores. A morning brief on plan, revenue and tills, plus alerts per store.
-
Oxy Finance
Money. Tills, limits, payments — and a conversation about them based on data, not memory.
-
Oxy Supply
Warehouse and purchasing. Stock running low, dead stock in money terms.
-
Oxy HR
People. Policies and employee questions.
-
Your Oxy
A new employee is set up in Mind Studio: role, knowledge, data, access. No code required.
Scenario 1 · knowledge
Every answer from your team becomes knowledge
Support keeps working in Telegram as usual. Oxy Curator turns the conversation into an article, a team lead reviews it — and the solution stays in the knowledge base for good.
- 1 A customer asked in the group, your specialist answered — as always.
- 2 The chat became a ticket on its own: open → answered → closed.
- 3 Oxy Curator drafted an article and removed personal data.
- 4 A team lead approved it — the article is on the “Support solutions” shelf.
- 5 Same question a week later — no duplicate, the repeat counter grows.
Only a person publishes. Oxy does the rest.
Symptom. After the update the till won’t print receipts.
Solution. Reconnect the printer in “Service → Drivers”, restart the till.
Scenario 2 · answer
An answer that shows where it comes from
Oxy never mixes the verified with guesses. Every part of the answer is labelled — you decide what to trust.
- 1 Ask in text or with a screenshot.
- 2 Oxy searches the knowledge base and checks 1C data.
- 3 Verified facts come with a link to the article.
- 4 Figures come from 1C, with the time they were read.
- 5 Anything beyond the knowledge base is kept separate and labelled.
- 6 No verified answer? Oxy says so.
If it doesn’t know, it says so.
Scenario 3 · initiative
You haven’t asked yet. Oxy has already written.
A morning brief on your numbers lands in Telegram at the time you choose. A metric crosses its threshold — you get an alert. Every message explains why it came and how it was calculated.
- 1 08:00 — the brief arrives in Telegram on its own.
- 2 Code does the numbers, not AI. AI points out what to look at.
- 3 14:10 — a till goes over its limit: an alert with the threshold and the rule.
- 4 Reply to the brief — Oxy answers in the same thread, with the same figures.
- 5 Set a rule in plain words: Oxy reads it back to you and switches it on after your “yes”.
- 6 For the first week a new rule runs in shadow mode.
- 7 At night — quiet hours: alerts wait for the morning.
A person switches rules on. Quiet hours and alert limits too.
Why I wrote: rule “Till over limit”.
Scenario 4 · apps
Oxy is where you work
Oxy drops into AIOXY apps with a single tag. It sees what’s on screen and answers from the app’s data — on behalf of the employee.
- 1 You work in AIOXY Finance as usual.
- 2 Oxy opens alongside and already knows the screen and period.
- 3 It answers from the app’s data — on behalf of the employee.
- 4 What AI sees: a pseudonym instead of a name.
- 5 Another AIOXY app — the same conversation.
Names never reach the AI.
Security
AI you can trust with your business
-
Verified facts, kept apart from guesses
Every answer is labelled: “verified”, “1C data” or “not verified by Retmind”.
-
If it doesn’t know, it says so
No verified solution — Oxy doesn’t make one up.
-
Read-only
Oxy reads 1C and changes nothing in it. Decisions about money and people are made by a person.
-
Sees what you see
Data is fetched on the employee’s behalf: a regional manager sees their own stores — 1C guarantees it.
-
Names never reach the AI
Names are replaced with pseudonyms before anything goes to the model, and are restored only for you.
-
Every message explains itself
“Why I wrote” and “how it’s calculated” — in every brief and alert.
-
Quality is measured
Every 👍 and 👎 is recorded; Oxy’s instructions change only if the measurement doesn’t get worse.
-
Costs under control
Every AI call is accounted for, with daily limits overall and per app.

Questions
What do we need to install?
Nothing for your staff: Oxy works in Telegram, in the browser (Mind Studio) and inside AIOXY apps. For 1C data, the Retmind team installs read-only services in your database.
Which 1C does it work with?
Retmind 1C Backoffice and WMS, and AIOXY apps. Other sources connect through the open “Oxy Tools” standard — let’s discuss it at the meeting.
Where is our data?
On Retmind’s server. AI models get only what an answer needs, without names, and are not trained on your data.
What AI is inside?
Claude models by Anthropic; the provider can be switched.
What if Oxy makes a mistake?
Numbers are calculated by code, every answer says where it comes from, a new rule runs in shadow mode first, and every 👎 is reviewed and becomes a test case.
Can Oxy do anything in 1C on its own?
No. It only reads data and reports to people. Decisions stay with people.
Which languages?
Oxy understands Russian, Uzbek and English and drafts replies to customers in their language. The bot and the widget are in Russian and Uzbek.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of stores and Oxy employees. We’ll give you a price at the meeting — after going through your metrics.
We’ll show you Oxy on your own numbers
30 minutes — and you’ll see what your morning brief will look like.
No forms, no sign-up: the button opens a chat with the Retmind team right away.
